YOUR PRIVACY.

This notice explains how Nexus Music handles information shared through this website. Contact [email protected] or 07762 550 855 with a privacy question. Updated 16 October 2026.

WHAT YOU SHARE.

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, contact number, event location and enquiry. Please include only information needed to discuss your event, and avoid sending sensitive personal details.

Your enquiry is sent to Nexus Music by email. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database.

HOW IT IS USED.

Enquiry details are used to respond, prepare proposals and manage requested services. Processing may be necessary to take steps towards a contract you request, or for our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and keeping the service secure.

We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists automatically. Any future optional marketing will have a separate choice.

STORAGE & SHARING.

Nexus Music operates this website. The website is hosted by GoDaddy and enquiries are delivered to our email service with 123 Reg. Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery and security services, processing connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website. These service providers process information as needed to host the website and deliver email. We do not sell enquiry information.

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and resolve follow-up questions. If an enquiry becomes a booking, relevant correspondence may be kept to manage that booking and any associated accounting or legal obligations. To ask about your enquiry or request deletion, contact [email protected].

YOUR CHOICES.

You may request access to your personal information, correction or deletion, and ask about restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact [email protected].

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Instagram and other external websites have their own privacy notices. This site currently uses local fonts and linked social cards rather than an embedded Instagram tracker.
